Wellness exams, radiology, lab work, dental care(at our Spring Valley Animal Hospital office), surgery, hospitalization and more are offered at the Cat Care Clinic of the Nyacks.
We specialize in geriatric care!!! Age is NOT a disease, so we strive to treat for whatever we can for your feline family member! We feel strongly in yearly wellness exams because cats are GREAT at HIDING illness and the sooner we can detect medical issues, the better it is for your cat!
We always strive to help out homeless kittens/cats (and sometimes dogs). We do many TNR (trap, neuter, release) surgeries also to help reduce the number of strays in the Rockland County community. We appreciate when our clients can help spread the word when we have kittens and cats looking for homes so that we can get them to their forever homes quickly!
Our appointment book is computerized, which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. Emergencies are accepted anytime our clinic is open. If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call us! It is best to call before coming in so that a staff member can advise you on your particular emergency and make sure the doctor can be ready for your pet.
We are also available for urgent care when the condition is not life-threatening. If you feel your pet needs to be seen before you are able to get an appointment, our veterinarians will work to "squeeze" you in between scheduled appointments. When you arrive, our receptionists will be able to give you an estimate on how long you may have to wait in order to be seen.
Cat Care Clinic of the Nyacks offers discounted services to retired senior citizens and local area rescue groups. Pre-approval is required to qualify for the rescue group discounts, please call us for more information at 845-353-6369(meow)
